As the weather turns chilly, today we’re making a Fox Paper Plate Craft Mobile that brings a warm autumn feeling. Foxes with bright orange fur especially remind us of fall, so we’ll create a mobile that highlights their cute face and charming features. Enjoy an art activity with your child and invite an adorable little fox into your home!
You will need colored pencils or markers, string, the template, scissors, a hole punch, and a paper plate. You can download the fox template prepared by DRAWINART at the link below!
Color in the template. It includes the fox’s face, tail, and legs. Foxes are known for their short ears, orange fur, and fluffy tails. You can also look at fox photos or picture books together and let your child draw their own fox face if they’d like.
After coloring, cut out the pieces along the lines.
Cut the paper plate into a spiral shape. It will look like a twirly, wiggly snake.
Attach the fox’s face to the center of the paper plate. Then glue the tail to the end of the spiral. The legs can be placed neatly right under the fox’s face.
Punch a hole at the top and hang it with string — your Fox Paper Plate Craft Mobile is complete!
