Looking for an Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft to enjoy with your kids? DRAWINART is here with a fun, simple holiday art project filled with Christmas charm! Snow globes often feel fragile, but this time we're making a kid-friendly version that’s safe, quick, and incredibly easy. Follow the DRAWINART tutorial below and try this Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft at home!

Materials for this Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft: thick paper, colored paper, beads, wood glue, glue stick, scissors, and a plastic lid. Those clear lids from yogurt cups or take-out coffee work perfectly! Coffee lids are sometimes too small, so I chose a yogurt lid for the best size.

Cut thick paper and blue-colored paper into a circle that matches your plastic lid. Then glue them together. Thin paper alone is too flimsy, so the thick paper provides support. If you don’t have thick paper on hand, cardboard is a great alternative. This small step will make your Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft much more durable.

Decorate the blue circle with a winter scene. You can draw a Christmas tree, sketch a snowy landscape, or get creative with colored paper. I made a snowman and snow-covered trees using paper cutouts. Let children freely design the winter world inside their Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft!

Apply wood glue around the edge of the circle. Glue sticks don’t hold the plastic firmly, and double-sided tape doesn’t bend well along curved edges. Wood glue is ideal for this Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft because it dries strong and clear, giving you a clean, secure finish.

Gently sprinkle beads onto your winter illustration. Adding plenty of beads will make the snow effect look much more magical, which is exactly what we want in an Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft.

Place the plastic lid on top and press it down to seal. Wood glue takes about 10 minutes to dry, so avoid shaking it right away. If you do, the beads may stick to the glue. Simply let the lid sit and dry before moving on.
Once dry, shake your snow globe gently — the beads swirl around like falling snow, bringing your winter scene to life! Your Easy Christmas Snow Globe Craft is now complete. Add a magnet on the back to turn it into a cute fridge memo holder. 🎄
