Today, we’re going to make a lively sailboat that looks like it’s racing across the ocean waves! First, color in your template any way you like—add patterns, stripes, or even tiny flags. Once you cut it out and put it together, you’ll have a wonderful 3D sailboat ready to “catch the wind” and sail off on an adventure.

While you’re coloring, talk about the kind of journey your boat might take. Will it explore faraway islands? Meet friendly sea creatures?
When the coloring is done, carefully cut along the outline.
Gently cut along the side of the boat and fold both flaps inward.
Add glue to the folded flaps, then attach them under the sail. Now your amazing boat is ready! You can keep the fun going by imagining where it might travel—maybe it will even find a hidden treasure island! This mix of coloring and 3D crafting is a wonderful way to grow your focus and creativity. If parents join in and make their own designs, you can even have a family “ocean race” to see whose boat sails the fastest in your imaginations.
