Your child can color the template freely, choosing their own colors and patterns. This encourages self-expression and decision-making while helping them explore how colors work together.

Next, they’ll cut along the outer edge of the template and attach fish shapes around the octopus’s tentacles. They can even draw extra fish to add their own personal touch. This step supports hand-eye coordination and boosts their confidence as they see the scene take shape.
